Elior North America is seeking a Food Safety Manager to lead food safety and sanitation across our contract dining operations. In this role, you will implement HACCP and food safety standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will train and coach culinary and service teams on safe food handling, allergen control, and cleaning protocols while maintaining accurate records for audits. Partnering closely with clients and internal leaders, you will drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and guest experience across education, healthcare, senior living, and business accounts.
