Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant – Packing & Shipping

Openings: 2

Pay Rate: $20.95/hour

Location: Onsite at Everett, WA 98203

Schedule: Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Monday–Wednesday and Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM

Days Off: Thursday and Saturday

Job Summary

Support a high-volume, automated central fill pharmacy through packing, sorting, and shipping prescriptions. This fast-paced, team-oriented role involves no patient interaction, phone calls, or insurance processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Process prescription orders and pack accompanying paperwork for shipping.
• Sort orders by store location and place them in shipping totes.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and loading products onto trucks.
• Maintain accurate, consistent workflow to meet daily production goals.
• Follow safety procedures, pharmacy SOPs, and patient privacy requirements.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them to management.

Job Requirements

• Washington State Department of Health Pharmacy Assistant credential required; candidates may apply after receiving a job offer.
• Ability to lift and carry 20–25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and grasp while performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.
